All of us at ReliaSoft would like to thank you for your support in 2002, when demand for ReliaSoft products and services has been greater than ever. In 2003, we look forward to broadening our relationships with current customers, while continually seeking new ones through an expanded line of software products, training and consulting services.

Congratulations to Dr. Larry Crow for winning the Stan Ofsthun Award for the second time in as many years! This award recognizes the best technical paper by an SRE member accepted for presentation at the annual Reliability and Maintainability Symposium (RAMS). The paper, "Methods for Reducing the Cost to Maintain a Fleet of Repairable Systems," discusses methods to estimate the useful life for a fleet of repairable systems and presents a model and procedures for addressing in-service reliability growth. ReliaSoft is currently working with Dr. Crow on a new reliability growth software suite that will include his theoretical models and methodology.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the January 2003 RAMS in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Duane Dietrich, ReliaSoft's newly appointed Director of Consulting, will be present in our expanded exhibit space.
